Keep these essentials in mind during your visit.
Arrival & Access
- Your key fob opens the main door, lift and garage.
- Do not lend or copy the fob — lost fobs are charged to the apartment.
- Main door must never be propped open.
Quiet Hours
- 22:00 – 08:00 every night.
- 13:00 – 16:00 on Sundays & public holidays.
- No parties or events.
Swimming Pool
- Open 08:00 – 20:00 in summer.
- Unsupervised — swim at your own risk.
- No glass, no diving.
BBQ Terrace
- Bookable by your host only.
- Gas and charcoal grills only.
- Clean everything after use.
Waste
- Bags out after 19:00 the night before.
- Organic: Mon / Wed / Fri.
- Recycling: Tue & Sat.
Emergencies
- Emergency services: 112.
- Report faults to your host immediately.
- Lift alarm button in the cabin.
